Refund and Returns

ITEM(S) ARRIVE AT THEIR DESTINATION FAULTY OR DAMAGED

Jadco Time will replace or refund any items that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged item(s) must be received within 3 working days of your order being delivered. Notification is to be sent to sales@jadcotime.com.au with images and description of the damage or fault. We will email in return with the procedure for returning faulty or damaged item(s).

WARRANTY

All our products are guaranteed for 1 year from date of invoice.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

RETURN POLICY

Please choose your product carefully as ONLY FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY SENT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED  – return charges are the customers responsibility. On receipt of returned items, we will repair or replace and send it back to you.

REPAIRS

If an item purchased from us and is damaged but out of warranty we do offer a repair service if applicable. Please send the product to us with proof of purchase and we will supply a written quotation if the item is repairable

Please note, if the item has been purchased from another supplier we are unable to repair it.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jadco Time PO Box 1286 Kyneton VIC 3444

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
