At Jadco Time we do not store any credit card details, as the whole payment process is handled by our Westpac Australia Bank approved e-commerce gateway eWay (www.eway.com.au). When you are ready to make a purchase on our site, we will ask you to provide us with certain information, including your contact details (such as your name, address, telephone and email). Then this data is encrypted via 128bit encryption and securely passed on to our trusted gateway service eWAY via SSL encrypted connection.

Email addresses will be used exclusively for communication regarding your order including confirmation that it has been placed and notification that it has been shipped. You will never receive unsolicited email as a consequence of providing your email address during the checkout process.

WARRANTY
All our products are guaranteed for 1 year from date of invoice.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

RETURN POLICY

Please choose your product carefully as ONLY FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY SENT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED  – return charges are the customers responsibility. On receipt of returned items, we will repair or replace and send it back to you.
