Shipping Information

ORDERINGIf there is a product you would like on this website, there are some options for ordering:

  • Follow the steps once you’ve added the product to the secure shopping cart and pay via credit card.
  • Print off the Order Form from the “Downloads” section and either post or fax it to us.
  • Order directly by phone (03) 5403 2910


We deliver to anywhere and everywhere in Australia and if the product you want is in stock, you should receive it within 7 business days. If the product is not in stock we will contact you within two business days of receiving your order.If you require delivery by a certain time please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

Items are sent via one of the following methods within Australia:

  • Registered Post
  • Express Post
  • Toll Ipec courier

All our shipped products are tracked, so if you have not received your goods please contact usand we will find it for you.

Items shipped to New Zealand will not be charged GST. Please note some large items shipped to New Zealand may incur extra freight charges. We will contact you if extra charges are likely.

Freight is calculated and shown at the conclusion of your order and is based on Australia Post’s rates calculated by Post Code and package dimensions.

All our products are guaranteed for 1 year from date of invoice.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Please choose your product carefully as ONLY FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY SENT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED  – return charges are the customers responsibility. On receipt of returned items, we will repair or replace and send it back to you.
