ORDERING BASICS

If there is a product you would like on this website follow the steps once you’ve added the product to the secure shopping cart and pay via credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or paypal. We do not accept personal cheques. If you prefer to order over the phone, pay via EFT or require a quote, please give us a call on 03 5403 2910 or email: sales@jadcotime.com.au

All prices listed are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.

SHIPPING

We deliver to anywhere and everywhere in Australia and if the product you want is in stock, you should receive it within 7 business days. If the product is not in stock we will contact you within two business days of receiving your order. If you require delivery by a certain time please contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

FREIGHT CHARGES FOR AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Within Australia and New Zealand we ship our products via Australia Post and FEDEX. The shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery address and the weight and measurements of the order. You can track your orders at the following sites.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

Items shipped to New Zealand will not be charged GST. Please note some large items shipped to New Zealand may incur extra freight charges. We will contact you if extra charges are likely.
